Three sizes. One fixed price. The number written down.

A new business package is $699. A custom site starts at $1,495. A landing page for ads starts at $1,195. Pick the size below, and the only thing that moves the number after that is how much of your business the site has to show.

Step one

Pick the size that matches what you run.

Most resorts, guides and trades want the middle one. The first is only for brand new businesses. The third is only for ads.

Under a year old

$699 · New business package

One page with an enquiry form wired to your inbox, a business card as print ready files, a logo if you do not have one, and your Google Business Profile set up. Three months of the care plan included, then $49 a month if you keep it.

Pick this if you are opening this season or have been open less than a year. Been going longer? This one is not for you, and I will say so.

Most people pick this

From $1,495 · Custom site

A page per cabin, per service or per package, which is what actually gets you found in local search. Plus a gallery, a booking or enquiry form, and the Google Business Profile that decides whether you show in map results at all. Built in the off season so it is indexed before the planning weeks.

Pick this if people search for what you do, not for your name. A resort with six cabins, a guide with three trips, a dock crew with four services: each of those is a page.

For ads only

From $1,195 · Landing page

One page, one offer, one call to action, written and laid out for traffic you are paying for. Includes a year of hosting, or I zip you the source and you host it yourself.

Pick this if you are actually running Facebook or Google ads. If you are not, skip it. A full site splits attention that the click already cost you, but without the click there is nothing to split.

Optional, after launch

$49 a month · Care plan

Hosting, backups, security updates and three hours of work a month, tracked by me: hours changes, a new cabin, this season's rates. Cancel any month, and you keep the code either way. Most people run it through the season and think about it again in November. Without it, you host the site yourself and make your own edits.

Step two

What moves a custom quote up from $1,495.

Only these five things. You will see each one as its own line in the quote, so nothing arrives as a surprise in week two.

More pages
The most
Each cabin, service or package is a page. Six cabins is a bigger site than two, and the quote says by how much.
Writing your words
A little
Hand me your copy and it goes in for nothing. If you would rather I wrote it from a conversation, that is a line on the quote.
Sourcing photos
A little
Cropping and fixing yours is included. Buying stock is a line on the quote, and for a resort your own water beats stock anyway.
A logo
A little
A simple wordmark, if you do not have one yet. Included in the $699 package, a line on a custom quote.
Online booking or payments
A step
A system that has to be tested properly, not dropped in and hoped over. I will also tell you if you do not need it; below a certain size, an enquiry form and a phone call fill gap weeks better.

What never moves it.

Where you are

Nisswa or Nashville, same number. The work runs over email and calls, and the drive to the lake is mine.

The job running long

That is my problem, not yours. Once you have agreed the number it does not move, whatever happens on my side.

Wanting the source code

You get it on every job, on every size, without asking. Your domain stays registered in your name too, about $12 to $20 a year, paid by you.

Same numbers everywhere

Why these match swansonx.com and brainerdwebdesign.com.

I am Sean Swanson and I run all three sites. Same person, same phone number, same prices. A price that changed depending on which of my sites you landed on would not be a fixed price at all, so when a number moves it moves on all three the same day. Registered non-profits pay half on any build; ask and I will confirm it in writing.

Small extras

Three small jobs, priced before you ask.

None of these are part of a build unless you want them, and you can ask for any of them on their own, in season or out.

$20 or $40 a month

Social media posts

One post a week for $20 a month, or two a week for $40. I write the caption, use your photo or make an image, and post it where your guests look: Facebook, Instagram or your Google Business Profile. No video, no ads, no comment replies, and you can stop it in October.

$20 · once

Logo animation

Your logo with a few seconds of motion, for the top of the site, a social profile or the opening of a video. Two rounds of changes are included.

$5 · once

PNG to SVG

A vector copy of your logo that stays crisp on a dock sign, a boat wrap or a business card, instead of the fuzzy PNG somebody emailed you years ago.
