Rates

One rate. The hours written down.

You should not have to sit through a meeting to find out what a website costs. Here is the number, and here is exactly where it goes.

The $350 site

Nine and a quarter hours, itemized.

This is the part most quotes leave out. If another designer will not break their number down like this, ask them why.

The other sizes

Bigger and smaller.

$250 · 6.25 hrs

Landing page

One page, one offer, one call to action. This is what belongs behind a Facebook or Google ad, because a five page site splits attention you already paid for.

Includes a year of hosting, or I zip you the source and you host it yourself.

$800 · 20.25 hrs

Five pages

A page per service, per cabin or per package, which is what actually helps in local search. Includes setting up the Google Business Profile that decides whether you appear in map results at all.

Right size for most resorts, guides and trades.

$79 a month

Care plan

Hosting, backups, security updates and three hours of edits a month, done by me. Optional, cancel whenever, and you keep the code either way.

Most people want this in season and stop thinking about it in November.

Not in the number

What costs extra, said up front.

Being straight about this now is cheaper for both of us than discovering it in week two.

Writing your words

Hand me your copy and it goes in. Want me to write it? That is real hours and it goes in the estimate. People consistently underestimate how long good copy takes.

Photography

For a resort or a guide service, real photos of your actual water and your actual cabins beat anything I can buy. If you do not have them, that is worth fixing before the site, not after.

Online booking

Genuinely worth it for some businesses and overkill for others. It adds hours because it adds a system that has to be tested properly, not dropped in and hoped over.

Your domain

Usually $12 to $20 a year, paid by you, registered in your name. I will not hold your domain, and you should not let anyone else hold it either.
